Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Each signup provisions a dedicated tenant workspace with its own database namespace — tenants are never mixed.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, your subscription can move between active plans as your business grows.

What happens if a payment is missed?

Your subscription moves to a past-due state, and may later be suspended. Suspension is reversible — paying brings your workspace straight back to active.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancellation ends the subscription; your workspace data is preserved, it is not deleted immediately.

What languages does BeLYNC support?

BeLYNC is Arabic-first with full English support, including right-to-left layout and bilingual documents.
